Saturation Mailing

Postcards are mailed to a general residential area via postal routes.
Cards are addressed as “Current Resident” on the back side.

Can exclude apartments.
Price to mail out a 4 x 6 card is 60 cents per piece for 4,000 pcs and over.
Price to mail out a 4 x 6 card is 65 cents per piece for under 4,000 pcs.
Typically this type of mailing done by dentists, fitness clubs, and restaurants.

Examples / Scenarios of saturation mailing

Mail to all homes and residents within 1 mile of your business address.
Mail to all homes and apartments in your zip code.
Mail to a specific zone within your zip code.
Mail to specific mailing routes within a zip code (or other neighboring zip codes).

Targeted Mailing

Postcard are mailed to a selected group of households.
Price to mail out a 4 x 6 card is 75 cents per piece for 4,000 pcs and over in most cases.
Price to mail out a 4 x 6 card is 85 cents per piece for under 4,000 pcs.
Specialty targeted mailings may cost higher (homes with pools, boat owners etc).
Price is higher compared to a saturation mailing because of higher postage and list cost.
Cards are addressed with the name of head of household or business owner (ex. John Smith).
Suitable for businesses that offer services that are relevant to only a section of the population.
Targeted mailings good for tutoring clubs, pediatric dentists, senior marketing etc.

Examples / Scenarios of targeted mailings

Mail to Homes with Children between age of 5-15 in 2 miles radius.
Mail to Females 55+ age with income 80K+ in specific zip codes.

Mail to hispanic homeowners in 2 cities.

Mail to businesses.

Mail to New Movers in the last 3 months in 5 miles radius.

Mail to your own customer or prospect list (we still need to process the list and postage is higher than a saturated mailing.)
